How do I return something to Colostrumwarehouse.com?

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return your colostrum for a credit or refund, less the cost of shipping, if not completely satisfied. Simply return the unused portion of colostrum with a short explanation, and we will  refund your money.  Our books are not returnable. We will also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error otherwise you pay the shipping.

Domestic Shipments

Colostrumwarehouse.com will ship your order by UPS(available only in the contiguous 48 states) for only $4.95*. For faster delivery, you can have your order shipped UPS 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air for an additional charge. (call for rates). WE CANNOT SHIP TO A POST OFFICE BOX.

International Shipments

We are currently unable to ship to internationl locations (inluding Canada and Mexico) at this time. We hope this will change in the near future.

* Please Note: Orders are shipped by UPS wherever possible. All orders received over the weekend (Friday - Sunday) will not be processed until Monday a.m. UPS shipping is available only in the contiguous 48 states. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. box. US currency only.

** Please allow 2 weeks for delivery, except in some areas such as PR, where it may take longer.
